This app cost me money in fees
I have used your iOS app for years to pay my bill with no problems, until I changed banks. The only way to update banking information on the app is during the payment process, but the update fails. I selected “update/add a new payment method”. On the next screen, I deleted my old bank account information and entered my new bank account information, and proceeded to make my payment. Rather than saving my new information, the App reverted to my old bank account. Now I have a returned payment fee and a late fee added to my electric bill which is still outstanding and now overdue. Furthermore, when I clickthe “app support“ link in the App Store, it takes me to your website and says “page not found“. This is unacceptable. I did what I was supposed to do, and followed the directions in your app to make my payment on time. The right thing to do on your part is to waive those fees and assist me in updating my banking information. You need to either pay developers to fix the iOS app so payment
