They make you verify your identity. Which is illegal when they want your bill info. then They don’t accept the verification and cancel your orders anyway. Seriously just DON’T!!!!!!! Avoid the headache. Why would you need to verify to buy clothes. Seriously scammers

I tried them, first thing they require you to verify your address after taking payment before they send anything. This is after you’ve already given your address, they ask for a bank statement, credit card bill, etc. I refused any of that and sent my utility bill address only. Never had any company ask for that before. I bought quite a few things from there after about 10 orders they asked for address verification again and I wasn’t sending any more info I already did that and it’s ridiculous to ask again. Also the first time they wanted me to call some random phone number before asking for address verification. I have all the emails still stating this. Now delivery is always by some random people sometimes with entire families in the car, no warning no update it’s coming they just appear. Clothes were ok I gave away more than I kept, sizing is weird thins are overly huge. They sent me the wrong item one time and wanted me to jump through hoops to prove it was the wrong item after I sent them picture and delivery proof. Not worth the effort to be honest

I have to say I love the Dressin app. The clothes are true to the size. I’ve gotten several nice shirts and outfits. Very comfy. The prices are very reasonable. The app is real easy to navigate. I will definitely be ordering more. Thanks for making this app easy.
