For some reason it requires an email address and password to access, so who knows where that data is ending up. Even with those it won’t open. The promised password reset email never arrives. Bit of a shambles letting down what seems to be an otherwise good product

Created an account and launched the app but subsequent attempts fail. It just asks me to sign in and when I enter my login detail and tap login it just sits there and does nothing. A total shambles of an app that clearly has not been tested before release.

A nice idea but seriously bugged, created an account 4 times, logged in and crashed, thought it had finally worked but login button not working, just search recipes online, this app needs investment into functionality as opposed to appearance

My soup chef is one of the best appliances I’ve ever bought. It’s made even better by the amazing recipes provided by Drew and Cole. I initially tried out the ones that came in a recipe book with the soup chef, then discovered the app and so many more options. I’ve tried dozens of recipes and loved almost all of them. It’s great being at the supermarket and being able to quickly look up what ingredients I need from my saved recipes in the app.

The app always wants me to sign up, so I can't log in, so I am not impressed with that

The app signs you out frequently. Doesn’t let you remove favourite recipes. Doesn’t let you add more favourites.

Sign up and login in; choose a recipe then app just shuts down. Try to login again and nothing happens. New login etc app does same thing and shuts down. Sleep and repeat, no eat in the middle. Pointless app that doesn’t operate

The product is very useful but the Drew and Cole app is so annoying, who thought it was a good idea to make logging in so difficult. Passwords are not remembered and you have to choose a new one time you log in

Set up an account to use the App alongside my new CleverChef and it doesn’t work. Bit useless really when you want to follow recipes and pages keep freezing!

every time i close the app for an extended period of time i get logged out and when i try to sign back in i have to remake my account
