I’ve been using it off an on for the last few months. It is gratifying when you get a sober day and I like that it tells you the equivalent in calories.

Some other apps want you to create an account and answer multiple questions to even let you try it. Thank you to the developers of this app!

Drink control has really helped me to be much more mindful of my drinking habits. It is very comprehensive and easy to navigate the app. I find it very useful and user friendly, i would recommend it to anyone who just wants a good tracker and record at the end of the day

Great help in thinking about how the drinks add up over days and weeks and months. This helps me stay in control! Awesome

And the ability to mark “dry days” is good as well for those who wish to abstain rather than mitigate. The app seems to be continually updated as well, which is great.

I really like this app. I started using it to help me moderate my drinking when some of my health index numbers started creeping up. It’s not like I never exceed the recommended limits anymore, but I am much mindful of how much I am drinking and it helps me limit it. One thing it’s made me realize is how much I was probably drinking before I started using the app when I wasn’t keeping count.

This app is simple to use and helpful to keep me accountable to myself. One thing I stoops like is a notes section each day to make a note of why I drank that day
