I’ve raised a ticket to cancel the subscription few days ago, today I’ve received a call from the agent and he gave me the option to buy a purifier and asked me to pay 4K, and I’ve told him that same call I received before and they offered same purifier for 3500, immediately he told me that as I’m working here we have an option to give that discount so yes if you’re making payment to day we can go ahead and give it for 3500, then i said just give us 2 days time let me check with my dad because he is the one who can takecare of everything so I asked him to wait, then he started conversation and said that I’m not sure about the offer after 2 days, I’ve told him that we are not able to take the decision right back however try to hold the price for another 2 days so that I’ll let you know, if guys know Telugu he used one sentence saying that “meku Maku set avvadhu cancellation ticket confirm chesthuna” then he disconnected the call. FYI: he is not giving basic respect to the customer not listening and not understanding the situation, finally when I’m asking about 2 days means we might interested with the offer but need time to confirm.. & finally he cancelled the services with rude behaviour means he forced to disconnect the services and letting out the customers this kind of services will never worked out , guys I referred few of my friends and relatives this I lost trust on DrinkPrime and disappointed.. Thanks for the services so far I never recommend this device to anyone

The product is good and the quality of water has been consistent and didn’t face any issues so far.

It’s been 20 days since we installed the device and there have been issues 5 times. The service is also not prompt. I wouldn’t recommend installing it.

App is utter useless, water payment page refreshes each time you switch to other app, unable to make payment because of this poorly designed app. Water consumption count is also not working. Bad product.

Worst service, after uninstalled the product didn’t get the security amount yet, its been more than 7 months.

Before installation they commit so many quick and reliable services but on e you subscribe than they don’t value you and your urgency. 2/3 month i got multiple issues and yesterday morning I raised ticket for adapter replacement and same day no service and next day also till now i haven’t got solution. They said they don’t stock only one is their given other customer. Seriously……think twice before taking subscription

Don’t take this RO they providing very bad services their RO is very bad quality RO so I m recommend to all please don’t choose this company.

I have taken a plan of rs 449 which is 130 ltrs and before completing the 130 ltrs they are asking to pay agian however this happening every month. Dp has to get a solution for this and can’t even transfer to friends also. I would recommend not go with drink prime
