無故登出
自11月交車至今，以無故登出多次。而購買車輛有聯網，重新登入卻說該車輛無聯網～～～真的很無言～～～
傳說中的車有事，還真的很會出事
才交車一個禮拜，系統更新兩天還沒好，升級4G原廠配備這麼貴，換來的問題一大堆….
無法使用
使用一陣子之後，完全無法使用了 一直跳出新增車子畫面，無法關閉， 只有登出按鈕傻眼🙄️
加油紀錄無產生
已經是熄火加油的狀態，但是加油紀錄都無更新到日記中。
加油日記功能故障
首先，車輛狀態的顯示，並不是即時資訊，這會造成車主誤判困擾。 再來就是加油日記，他會莫名跳出加油資訊，然後我還要手動刪除，而我真正去加油的時候，他反而不一定會顯示我有加油。 此外，我一年之內的加油紀錄，突然全部消失，只剩2024、八月到現在，不到10次的紀錄。
車門狀態異常
下車熄火到後門或尾門拿東西之後鎖車，app顯示車門未關，手拉門把手確認門已關妥，是車的問題還是app問題？ 其他功能都很好
車門狀態未能及時更新
車門明明已上鎖 但系統卻顯示未上鎖 已過2小時了 系統卻未自動更新
沒辦法使用⋯⋯
除了剛買車的第一個月能使用，後面都沒辦法看到車輛狀況⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯
很方便實用
建議將PHEV及電動車型加入電池剩餘電量及剩餘里程數！會更完整
