Driver Check

They've updated the app and it's no longer an option to screenshot the drivers details so you can send them to someone and make them aware of the car you're in, the driver etc. really just putting people in danger and allowing people to drive using other peoples licences when you can't see their image on the app and share your journey. Given recent court cases surrounding taxi drivers attacking passengers this is so disheartening to see TFI putting people in further danger.

I updated it today. It was working before updating. Now, it’s not working. It’s freezing up first screen “welcome to Tfi driver check “

Most of times it’s doesn’t work

App crashed after a few uses cannot get into it

There’s nowhere to write about why the driver is been reported

App isn’t working since GDPR launched, settings only brings up privacy policy and when you try to check a driver the session times out

There seems to be a bug on the app that will not let you proceed with viewing taxi numbers. You enter your personal info and it does not allow you to save and proceed with checking numbers

It’s a excellent way to have a safe and transparent Journey home,especially for young ladies enjoying a social night out,there are rogue drivers taking advantage of night clubbers heading home. I would also advise using the mytaxi app also provides excellent safety and accountability.

I'm a taxi driver and the app does work , I check my own cars to make sure drivers registered , the only reason a driver doesn't show up is if he/her hasn't registered on the car or are illegal drivers or the car isn't licensed then report that using their number plate
