I have used this app from last one month and it helped me a lot in my weight loss journey.... meanwhile I was facing some issue I contacted the support team they guided me so well to resolve the issue well supported team..

Please don’t go for their smart weighing machine,this is a fraud company,after one purchases the machine they ask you to purchase a monthly diet plan from them. Do they really have qualified nutritionists who can handle giving diets to people with severe medical issues?If you don’t purchase the plan you cannot access any vitals besides weight,no bmr,no bmi,etc nothing. In spite of repeated attempts to reach out to them there is no resolution and they say you have to purchase the diet plan from them ,it’s mandatory It’s just a means to extract money from customers which is a fraud by all means.

I’m already using 509. Recently I shifted to new city where I purchased through 509 in new city. I have updated the app. After updation I can see my fat percentage is showing 12%, previously it was 37%. I return that product and I bought advance one 527, it’s showing 21%. I’m unable to understand how it’s possible???? I never faced such a situation before. It was showing correct reading previously. I think please check any bugs. Looking urgent help on this issue.

App is in a deadlock. Doesn't show the home page

I was a very satisfied customer. Recently noticed that the ability to generate pdf reports was removed. Now it is a pro feature. I use my scale as a measuring tool. It is essentially what it is. Taking away the primary functions of the device and making it subscription based is not fair. It’s like buying a cell phone and you have to pay subscription to take backup of your data. Health plans, workout routines etc are added services. They can be subscription based and users who want it may use it.

Writing this review after 6 months of usage This product is fantastic, it is easy to use and very accurate, if you charge it one you can use it for more than a month. Product has Bluetooth connection you can connect with your phone and this has an app named Dr trust 360 where you can create profiles and track your weight loss journey and much more The parameters it can record : - Weight - Muscle rate - visceral fat - Body fat - Protein mass - Bone mass - Subcutaneous fat percent - Body water - BMR - Muscle mass - Weight without fat Overall very much satisfied with product.

Bought many items including scale, many discounts options based on the kart value.

Good app, needs some improvement with connectivity and UI.
