I’ve had my DRU fire 8 yrs and old app was issue free. This new app won’t even let me in to add my fire. It doesn’t find and connect to fire and tells me no module found. Nothing but problems with the app! Contacted DRU to be told to contact the supplier where fire was purchased. Did this only to be told to contact DRU. Operation manual is of no use as no explanations or help with app. Very disappointing.
Using the app I am continually met with GATEWAY ERROR. Resolved by resetting hub and fire power but I’m not going to do this every time I want to light the fire. Any resolutions DRU please?
Can’t get the app to control the fire - just comes up with gateway error.
Controlling our fire the app continually gives a gateway error and takes minutes to reconnect. . Disappointing. Any suggestions ?
Left a negative review as I had an issue pairing. Got urged to contact customer support & they offered to help. I’d since deleted the app & used the old one. However I gave it another go and this time it connected. Not sure if the app had been updated but I’m happy. All good.
A really nice improvement on the previous app, but it needs to include the same functionality as the fires normal remote which e.g includes a timer. Most smart home apps have timers built in now and it’s what this needs to really get it to 5 stars.
Despite finding my Excellence 70 gas fire on the network, the App simply won’t ‘configure’ no matter how many times I turn the fire off and wait 10 secs as instructed. Back to old App that works a bit hit and miss, but I guess that that will stop working in due course with newer IOS versions. Drew: please fix!
Om de ecowave op verschillende manieren de vlammetjes te laten dansen is zeer induidelijk, krijg het gewoon niet gevonden. De oude app was veel duidelijker. Wat is relay1 en Relay2?
Wat een ellende! Elke keer dat we de haard willen gebruiken, herkent de app de haard niet en moeten we hem opnieuw configureren. En dat mislukt ook steeds. Zoveel geld voor iets wat niet werkt
Vandaag de app geïnstalleerd en verbonden met de haard. Alles ging in één keer goed en heel simpel via de duidelijke handleiding. De app wekt prima. Geen storingen of foutmeldingen. Kortom, zeer duidelijke en simpele app met veel functies. Erg tevreden. Haard: Dru Maestro 75 ecowave
