I absolutely love listening to Andy, and do so every day - I’m a month in after 4 years of heavy drinking. Feeling the changes, seeing the changes, trusting myself so others can in turn trust me! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.. when I’ve done a year I’ll be able to return all I have learnt to help others.

Not only a great place to network and seek support, but a true community of like minded people with the same goal of improving their lives through staying free from alcohol! I’ve been a member for 18 months and never once come across negativity🤩 Amazing 🤩

Brilliant app and feels like a social media platform, the exception being it’s a safe place for everyone to discuss how they’re feeling and a great way to monitor your individual progress.

This is so much more than an app you usually get for sobriety! It’s a social media platform where you don’t have to see alcohol glorified by influencers and friends. I already know Matt from his masterclasses and have seen lots from Andy on Instagram, they have created an amazing online space for anyone wanting to just jump off the alcohol merry go round and live a happier healthier life. The support in this community is amazing!
