they took the money off my card and refunded it ? like what was the point of my buying it the shirt i needed if you gone refund it ?

This app is fantastic for ordering fun items. They’ve always been great, and the service has been excellent since the store first opened.

Was online for 40 minutes trying to Oder the 11’s every other shoe store app crashed DTLR came through I’ll forever be a loyal customer

I’ve been ordering shoes and buying out of the store DTLR customer service is horrible and they charge to pick up in the store when your items take very long too get there why? You guys give out fake number to your company your website is HORRIBLE WHATS GOING ON WITH YOU GUYS

the DTLR app is extremely compatible and up to date. it requires no extra brain power to find things and makes searching for products extremely easy with filters and sorting options. in-store experiences never fail so it is not surprising that online is such a breeze!

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes big kid size and an infant size. They sent me 2 big kids sizes. Told me I had to pay to ship it back. Now I can’t buy shoes. It keep saying the store not accepting payments. But then I’ll go online and it works fine. I deleted the app and reinstalled and still say the same thing. I’ve missed out on so many shoes due to this 😡
