Dubai Bus on Demand

Some drivers are unprofessional especially that name waleed k. Also this company always double charging when you are using debit card . Ask many time for refunds but they not responding,

This services is never available, always says it has high demand but the buses are always empty, I try to book a ride for 20 mins and nothing and someone else in my same location tried and got service in the first try, it does make sense, useless service to be honest.

They suddenly changed the rules and they ask for kids to pay really it’s rude and greedy Shame on you

The bus on demand service was excellent before the last update of the app everything was smooth buses were on time everything was good But once the new update came tge service got really bad especially tge timing matter cuz the buses are not coming on time as stated in the application very bad service lately

Good idea and initiative, however not very practical because the service is almost never available. Whenever I try to book, 80% of the time will receive the message : “we are experiencing a very high demand - please try again in a few minutes”.

If you want to waste your time, like to be late all the time, if don’t value your time then yes this service for you Because this service never available when it’s needed, always late with specific reason, you can’t plan your day by depending on this This is the only worst service I found in Dubai

Control center dont know how to manage passengers. Waiting time also is not accurate. Everytime the bus is late and always go in a traffic place. It’s very hard to book also. No queue system, you need to book manually everytime it doesn’t find a bus.

The thing that they are not helpful at all they can’t do anything they can’t decide if the customer book a wrong destination by mistake once, they will not help at all with that I’m not satisfied at all with there service it can be way way more better and I’m really not taking that bus anymore I’ll will share my review with all of friends all around silicon oasis
