The app crashes every couple of minutes

This is such a useless app. The land department is making things complicated day by day. Im unable to download ijari. Don’t know what kind of digital dubai they’re making by these useless dumb apps ❌❌❌

Please fix this app it’s impossible to log the deals!

I think RERA should work more on protecting consumer rights. We pay for this nation and we are the one to get exploited, sorry though we might be right but for each and everything we can fight in court better we withdraw and lose with injustice. Landdevil ask us to pay silly thing like for repaint even after staying as if they are not supposed to paint for new lease. And what rera does to encourage such audacity?

Something that should have taken 5 minutes max had wasted 2 hours of my time and STILL doesn’t work. Registration should be easy through UAE pass except that doesn’t work. Finally registered with my emirates ID after entering 2 OTPs to verify. However that was not enough security and I’m asked to verify my email. However when I do that I get a network error over and over. Although the DLD website talks about “get help now through our chat” there is no actual chat function. I did find an email to “raise a request” and got an autoreply that I will hear back within 5 working days. Before building an airport 5 times the current size of the existing airport. I’d fix an app with a low rating and far more negative reviews than positive.

The app has so many glitches especially using any pdf download services. Also the app keep downloading updates on the client side each time i open it. Also some pages like dashboard fails to fetch info from the database n return an empty page.

I have tried and tried every year to renew ejari on the app and it has never worked, always an error, network issue, not valid, something! Always have to go to Al Barsha and queue and apply without any issues but wasted time.

It’s very complicated and very difficult to register even with UAE PASS not possible I was trying half an hour to register and sign in but it’s not possible due a lot off not necessary information,, they need to learn from Dewa the easy access
