I bought a sony xperia 5 mark iii, when I bought it I told the seller please ensure me if any changes in parts like camera , speakers,microphone, so I don’t want it he told me no no all are original parts you buy it if any changes or you’re not satisfied then you can return it I will refund you, after i got I rate him 5star as per phone looks like new but parts are changed so I told him I will then I will update you about camera but camera quality it sooo bad as per xperia camera or if you sake it i will sound like broken or camera quality video quality so bad then I told him brother it’s no original camera so don’t need ‘after 1 day i got , because it has 15 day refund policy if you not satisfaction with product, once I informed them from this time to now he didn’t respond or not take any action, it’s a very bad service provider of dubizzle , the seller is a scammer he does not provide service as per his 15 day policy, so I suggest don’t buy any product from dubizzle seller buy directly from the first hand user of phone owner or after checking pay him Please dubizzle if you wants to your customer gona happy with your service then please fix this types of problems Thank you………

I posted an ad in dubizzle for a sharing accommodation. The payment of AED 90 was done and the ad was under review. After one hour it was mentioned that the ad was rejected. I tried to contact them but no use. I even emailed them but no reply. If the ad is rejected they should refund the money or they should allow us to edit it. Instead they just looted my money. I lost my money.

I am a regular user in dubizzle for more than a year now. One feature I’d like to see while searching for rooms/houses is to be able to specify a landmark and see available options within a certain radius. This will be helpful especially for those who are new to the city and isn’t familiar with local place names. Thank you for the good work. Hoping to see this update soon.

Good app simple and easy

I’ve used dubizzle for a long time, always find what I need. But my only issue is the terrible app, always some issue or the other, can’t seem to log in properly; and the chat is so slow and delayed, I get notifications of messages but when I open the app the messages won’t show. Please fix. The UX needs a lot of improvement.
