Dublin Airport (Official)

Almost every button just opens up a web page rather than being natively built in, what’s the point. Maybe build an app that’s features can be used in it.

Previously easy to use app has been destroyed by the latest update. Now has a confusing layout that is headache inducing. Was any UX testing done?

Gives you security times, gate info and everything else you could need. I use it for arrivals too. It's always installed on my phone

Unable to use as crashing

Adding this review because hopefully it will feed into metrics for future improvements. A beneficial change would be the app displaying the new times of delayed departing flights, which currently does not happen. This would reduce the need to rely on Google (!) for accurate flight updates.

waiting times are back, notifications are working, nothing to complain about here (other than the fact you need to hit refresh button manually)

One of the key features of the app (the wait time through security) has been removed. It’s the first time I’ve seen an app actively dis improved.

The app used to be great when it had the waiting time for security in T1 and T2. With the latest versione they have removed such information making the app useless. What’s the point of the walking time to gate? While Dublin airport is large it is not JFK where walking to a gate may take 30 minutes….
