Unhappy with latest version
Very disappointed with the new version with supersized font that doesn’t even fit. Not sure why this has changed from previous format a few weeks ago. A bug?
This app does not work
When you search it just stays on spinning wheel. This makes it useless
Not working anymore
This app does not work anymore. It said I had no loans when I did. I logged out and when I try to log back in it says that is does not recognise my credentials.
Suddenly stopped working
This app suddenly stopped working about a fortnight ago. It says I have no loans / holds and when I logged out it wouldn’t let me log back on. Web interface is fine with same details, but the app was handier when it actually worked.
Can't view loans, no support
I wanted to contact app developers before reviewing, but the links only lead to a blank page. Unfortunately viewing your current loans does not work at the moment, so one cannot to renew them through app.
