Dublin Coach The Big Green Bus

What can I say. The company doesn’t work. Never ever on time. Notoriously 20-40 minutes late if shows up at all. Sad. I wish there was some regulatory body that shut this company down.

Trust me, you would be better off walking, go with a different company or get the train, it’s not worth the stress

The Timetable is never Followed. Even the Bus tracker is becoming inaccurate

This is a shockingly bad company. Avoid at all costs. I booked a returned trip from Adare to Dublin. The bus was running 50 minutes late (and from what I hear from others this is a regular occurrence). This was too late for me to make my appointment. I rang the Dublin Coach customer service desk to see if a refund was possible. I spoke to a foreign woman called Max. She wins the award for rudest and most unhelpful customer service rep ever. I asked her to take my details and record my complaint and forward these to the manager. She refused to do so and hung up on me. Wow.

Guaranteed a minimum 15 mins late every time 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍- Currently waiting for a bus that will be 50 mins late

If there was an option to give this no stars I would.This bus has never been on time,I’m not over exaggerating it is never on time.I have to use this to get to and from college and it’s Atleast 40 minutes to an hour+ late every time.So I would recommend if you are going somewhere plan to get there an hour after your supposed to.Terrible service and very inconsiderate to the people who have plans and pay for this service to get there.

Bus prices have gone up 5 euro for the trip I take from dublin to ennis, there is usually something wrong with the bus, be it the main door opening everytime the bus stops, or the bus not showing up for hours on end, with no update on its whereabouts. I’ve seen drivers be extremely rude to people because they’ve had the incorrect ticket unbeknownst to them. Unfortunately I have to use the service as it’s my only way to get to my destination from Dublin.

It doesn’t take online payment thru the app. It doesn’t work on their website. Two different card had been used. They ask your address which I think is illegal. Absolutely rubbish unless app. They want money to be paid on the bus which is more expensive. Thieves.

Let’s start with the service. - Expensive. - Busses come when they want (too late or even too early, sometimes it can drive off before the time it should arrive.) which is super annoying when you want for example get to airport on time. - Sometimes bus never arrives :) When it comes to app. - App shows bus is there waiting for you, but the truth is, there is no bus at the stop at all. - Very counterintuitive, on previous version you could at least easily find what time bus comes (I’m not regular rider and learning an app from scratch every time I use it is super annoying) - If nothing works I would be just happy with a timetable. Sadly Dublin Coach is the only option to go by bus where I live and I believe for many others too as people still ride it. Wouldn’t recommend :)

Cannot pay my ticket using that app. I have to pay on website. Please remove that trash from App Store.
