Very easy to use, it is also safe. Great app.

The app is constantly not working, so much that I can only use the card as the app is totally unreliable. The app requests me to buy a subscription when I have an existing live subscription.

It often requests an “subscription” option even though I already have it. So when it happens I try to log out and in again, it works sometimes but not always, can’t count on it.

This is a scam. There were tens of bikes near me but the app said "no bikes available" just after I gave them money. Thanks. The one thing you expect is for this to be helpful and it's absolutely useless. Shocking.

I love it, I use it all the time, but sometimes it’s full when you need to drop one and sometimes it’s empty when you need to take one which makes it hard to rely on it when we need to catch a train meeting.

The app isn’t showing any bikes to release this morning, even though there are 5 in the stand. Touch screen on the nearby terminal is not working properly either. Very frustrating when in a hurry!

Отличное приложение. Хорошо работает на платформе iOS. Единственная претензия в том что когда вы берёте велосипед быстро не соблюдая нужный период. Приложение выдает не слишком информационное уведомления. В остальном приложение работает очень чётко. Спасибо вам разработчики.

I paid the annual membership and the first time I need to use the bike the app never stop loading, when finishes loading , the map is blank

Sometimes after releasing a bike it can roll back into the station and lock again, especially if the bike stand is on a slope, If this happens and you try to release the bike again you get a pop up “oops an error occurred” this resolves after waiting about 5 minutes, but if it is the only bike at a station waiting 5 minutes has often resulted in another user taking the bike, this becomes extremely frustrating if there is only one bike at the station.
