Duffys Taxi

Tried to book a cab, 8 times and all those bookings got cancelled by the system. Once I booked for the 9th time, the app said the driver arrived only for me to realize the bozo of a driver decided to take other people than the person who booked it. Thanks to that driver that I had to take the bus home with heavy bags and tons of pop. Support needs to do a better job and has to have better kindness and understanding rather than just hanging up on their customers.

They always charge me more than a trip

It’s nice to be able to book a taxi ahead of time and know when it arrives. My only complaint is that right off the but it wants to book a ride. When you want to review your scheduled ride it is a little hard to locate where it is. Make the pull down menu a little bigger and easier to find.

Their drivers are very dangerous.

First time trying the app and using Duffy’s taxi. Easy to use app. Driver was very professional and arrived moments after booking. Very pleased with the app as well as the taxi experience itself. Will use every time I stay in Winnipeg.

It was great ride with Duffy’s Taxis . From me 10/10

Tell your taxi drivers to stop trying to steal money or make passengers pay more for fares and refuse to give receipt because they put in the amount. Next time I use Duffy’s going forward I’m going to start recording them.

My driver was polite, friendly, and very quick to get to my destination. He’s a very good guy.
