Duke Alumni

This is not the exp you see from a reputed uni. Unable to sign in using Google cos google says that App browser is not secure. The app goes blank at almost every action. This is not how I want my Alumni donation to go…

This app is in need of an overhaul. I am rarely able to login- I receive an error almost every time. On the rare occasion that I’m able to get into the app, there are errors with accessing my QR code for scanning. Sadly, a complete fail. Please address these issues. Alum would love to have a platform that actually functions.

It crashes too often when trying to log in. I have a Duke OneID and the logon keeps forcing me to use Facebook or another logon. My credentials are good, but have to go logon via a laptop to gain access. The app functionality is primitive and problem-prone.

You’d expect to see full alumni directory information for individuals when looking them up in this app. You would be wrong. You need to open a computer and go to the website to find that information.

It can’t take 3 years to fix an app!!! Every login atempt errored out!!!

Every login attempt using app brings “error” message. No problem with website Alumni login.

Keeps telling me that the browser doesn’t support the login. So this is useless.

Wow. Please take this down and repair. Really buggy for a 7s with latest updates

Please cancel and remove this app

Won’t open cleanly on its Sign In page; instead produces a “Network Error” message on iOS 11.2.6. App then completely unusable.
