Great Router app
Have an R3 and really liking the design and layout of the app. Can do most everything that the web version can do. Seems to alaway be adding features and improving!

Can’t connect
Can’t connect to the app or to the website at all. When I actually can connect to it it’s once then it goes back to breaking again. Fix it.
Used to work
This app crashes instantly. If I keep trying to load the app them some times it will work, but that is very rare.
3+ years of neglect.
App cannot connect to router. A $369.99 router and months without any support or updates. Netgear is leading manufacturer of trash
Junk will not update app
Will not connect to XR1000 after update been down for months. They will not update and no timeline to a fix. They need to revert the update to get it back online. They don’t care about netgear models.
The app is broken for iOS and has been for MONTHS.
The app is completely useless for iOS and has been for MONTHS. After the app updated it will no longer find my router. The camera function to scan the routers QR code does not work either. Is anyone working on this? Seriously, last netgear product I ever buy. It’s a joke.
Would be great but
Ping optimizer never works for me. It will crash no matter if I do the quick test or the other advanced test.
Won’t let me log in
The app was running fine I go to get on the app and now it’s asking me to “set up a new router” nothing is wrong with my router I can log on to the pc version just fine but now I have to reset everything on my phone and now it won’t even register my router on my phone this is ridiculous!!
Works great with my NetDuma R3 router!
The DumaOS4 app works great for this router for me. Soooo much better than my experiences with the Netgear routers. ‘Finally
App is trash
Won’t even connect to my router. I have already reset the router and the app will not connect. I have tried scanning the QR code on the router but it will not pick code. So I can’t even connect this app to my router
