Change my pick up time on app and the app did not update it and and didn’t save the change and then the staff blamed ME and HUNG UP on me and told me that ‘your poor planning isn’t our fault’! Even though we came to where the taxi was meant to be 6 minutes after the original arrive time. No happy never using the services again and not the first time I’ve had problems with rude staff at this company.

Contacted on 3 occasions as taxi never turned up. Sent message through messenger and received auto response saying we will be in touch. No contact so messaged again to find I was blocked. Poor service from a poor company. Stay clear if you want reliable service as this is not the company you want

Cancelled my pre booked trip without contacting me, then just said that it was because there’s no taxis allowed in that area but my friend used the same service at the same and their taxi arrived (though it was 15 minutes late) Won’t be using this service again.

I use this app a lot. When you book asap a taxi comes in about 2-4 minutes. Great. When you book in advance, like 25 minutes in advance for a taxi to come at a certain time, I always find they are at least 10 minutes late. Which is frustrating if you have to be somewhere at a certain time. So 3 stars.

Drivers are always on time and very nicely spoken

The app said it’s a ten minute wait for a cab, after 25 minutes they call me to say they can’t get us, why did you make us wait 25 minutes to tell us? It’s a Monday night, it’s the quietest night of the week. Awful service, no mot use.

Used these guys a few times recently, the app is very easy to use.
