Super frustrating that clubs are supposed to be going by DUPR ratings. I’ve been playing in 3.0 for several months and your supposed to have a DUPR rating of 2.76-3.25 to play in DUPR reported events. Sandy Utah Picklr & West Jordan Picklr are both allowing players with NR or 2.0 players to play in 3.0. The problem is these people are not ready to play at 3.0 so if you win you get very little points, but if you lose your rating will go way down. I’ve reached out to both clubs and they say that beginners don’t have a lot of opportunities for DUPR reported events. Double standard here. I know beginners need a place to start, they could offer more events for 2.0 or 2.5 rather than just allow everyone into 3.0. If you allow this to happen we should be allowed to count unforced errors individually so that your partner can’t tank your score just because they are not ready to play 3.0.

Dev team, please add in the ability to filter by reliability score. I am moving to London and want to see the players in the city, but also want to see high reliability scores as they will most likely be serious players.

They just took me off of DUPR APPARENTLY you can’t have a opinion about them at all.

Won’t verify email

App doesn’t work

After this latest update when I try to add matches it asks to verify my email (which was already verified) but I try to verify again anyway, send the email click the button in email and the app says the account can’t be verified and I can’t enter matches. The same thing is happening for the other couple we play with. Please help.

The email verification feature on the app is broken. I have verified my email like 20 times at this point and it keeps asking me to verify it again and again. The “already verified button” doesn’t seem to do anything and customer support unfortunately does not respond. There’s definitely a great opportunity for a better pickleball ranking system.

They basically try to get you to spend more money on tournaments to increase your rating. But as soon as you lose a match or you don’t add sessions to your account from other tournaments that don’t match up with pickleball brackets then your penalized and lose massive amount of points terrible software and terrible customer support. If your injured and not up to date with submissions they penalize you. Horrible software and they don’t QA their own work.

The dupr rating is majorly flawed… Before the dupr rating got revamped a few ago. I did not see all my matches counted. In fact only the matches that I loss were counted! Also I see this guy rating was 4.0 after he won 5 out of 6 matches in 3.0 level. So he decided to play our 3.5-4 level the following week and of course he got totally crushed…
