App doesn’t work

What a shame

When making a booking through the app

Hi This is the worst app ever made!!!!!! So many problems!!!!!!! When you make bookings through the dusit app even if you are a gold member it doesn’t show up in your bookings, you have to email the hotel directly and hope they email you back with your confirmation. For a very well known company I think this is poor when there app doesn’t work as you would think it should. A few other features with their app can be miss leading if you don’t read them correctly.

No log in button in the app

After you signed up for the membership via the application itself, there won’t be allowing you to log in the member in the app, THERE IS NO WAY TO SIGN IN, so this is quiet very strange & useless application to download.

ไม่เห็นจะใช้ได้จริงๆเลย ออกโปรโมชั่น พัก1คืน ฟรี1คืน แต่ใช้ไม่ได้จริงจึงทดสอบ โดยกรอกโค๊ดโปรโมชั่นบอกห้องไม่ว่าง พอไม่ใส่โค๊ดมีห้องว่าง ทั้งที่วันเวลาเดียวกัน ดาวเดียวยังไม่อยากให้เลย
