I bought two Crosstour CT9000s the cameras themselves are great for the price. The app is garbage. No matter what I do my camera will not connect to the app. All it does is give me an error for connection over time. I have an Iphone 14 so its not like my phone is out of date.

This app worked great in 2019 but recently pulled camera back out and it will not sync with camera anymore. Say something like “connect over time”. I’ve tried deleting and re downloading app. I think the app just got outdated making the camera less usable. Should of just got a GoPro, now way to late to return to Amazon lol

absolutely won’t connect with my Wi-Fi. Extremely disappointed!

Can you guys please fix the app and its bugs

Bought a camera, that should connect through this app, but it is not working properly. It doesn’t see the wifi on initial set up. It doesn’t see the camera content either. Deleting the app and reinstalling is not working, as it just downloads it from the iCloud and doesn’t give any controls. I think this app is bogus and was “created” to sell the cameras, but it was not made to work with cameras or to give the customers any tools needed.

Have never been able to connect to this app and transfer. Would’ve bought a different camera if I’d known. Quite a scam!

Cheap process

It downloaded TikTok without permission and sent a bug to my phone. I think it’s mining data causing possible electrical issues. I would research this apps origination

Just bought the camera on Amazon. The app does what it’s supposed too. Cool little gadget
