AP rarely functions.

Constantly crashes. I may have to close and open the app to add guests 3 -4 times before it will accept the new guest. June 2023. App and iPhone are up to date.

Not able to download the app anymore. Had it on my iPhone and now gone. Tried to redownload and it won’t let me.

I’ve never had so many issues just trying to log in to an app. I can log in fine on the browser version, but the desktop view is difficult to navigate on a phone screen, so I downloaded the app and it won’t even let me log in, even after resetting my password to something easy just to test it.

In general, the app is easy to use. However may I request/ suggest an improvement? It would be absolutely amazing if you could add a search bar so that we may search a guest to confirm if we’ve added them to the guest list or not. Currently we have to scroll through the entire list of names which is hassle considering we have many guests/ service vendors daily. Thank you!

This app or service does not have a way to display a history of visits

I cannot log into the app. I have to use the website on my mobile browser because the app keeps rejecting my login even after I’ve tried resetting the password a few times and each password works on the mobile web

The app if mostly fine and usable. Simple. Should have the ability to notify multiple numbers of guest access/ entry though. There are a lot of homes that have more than one person living in them.

I’m constantly having problems with this app this time it won’t even open! Fix it.
