Better than the site maybe
The DevOps team at DXL should be ashamed. Filters are junk on the site, slightly better in the app, but the app doesn’t allow you to log in with Google like the site does!!!! Seriously, your CTO is being overpaid if you’re giving them so much as minimum wage. Wow, this is bad for 2024.
Limitations
No way to click from order history to: 1) reorder with selectable items to add to cart 2) links to ordered items Table stakes folks …
Slow loading with blank pages
This app is basically a web browser in an app. The pages load very slowly, and flicker when they do load. The For You page is entirely white. The order history will say “No orders found” and then 5 seconds later load orders. Those orders will never load. There are no loading indicators. Tapping the “tabs” icons does not scroll to the top. This is how you can tell it is a faked app. The quality shows it, too. If a company does not care enough to invest in a quality app and experience, just delete the app and use the web. My internet is 630mbps down, 42mbps up. More than enough for screens with a little bit of text and a couple of images.

only has clothes for men as far as I can tell 🙁🙁bought a few cute polos tho
Temperamental at best
The DXL app has a very hard time using facial recognition on my iPhone 15. Additionally, it gets stuck on one image. There is no way to swipe off the image to get to the rest of the app to see my rewards points, and to place an order. Consequently, this app has become useless to me.
Could be better
Got the app a while ago, acquired some good outfits. However shopping is insanely overpriced I shouldn't have to be forced to spend $100+ for free shipping
Fix it fix it
I’ve been trying to use the app but man oh man!! Every search brings up the exact same thing even the filter isn’t working correctly! I deleted and reinstalled. No help so now I’m just on line sorry DXL can do better!!!
Great App. Poor Demand Planning
Great app for seamlessly and flawlessly showing me the 6 million blue shirts (and nothing else) left in my size. Easy to build wish lists full of blue shirts and search for blue shirts. Useful browsing and filtering features let you browse all the blue shirts currently available.
