Doesn’t have my bank?
Can’t use the app, spent time downloading and setting up and account, reading privacy policies etc only to find they don’t even have my bank listed? It is one of the leading banking groups in the UK, yet they have some weird obscure banks I have never heard of. Disappointing.
Fantastic idea for an app but so slow
I love this app but I half the time I press a button it doesn’t register, everything takes ages to load but if it gets fixed then this is 5/5 app - makes life so easy to keep track of spending
Doesn’t work
Added my Amex and it said no transactions to import. Shows me a weird balance in the wrong currency. Removed the connection and uninstalled.
Slow
The app is slow, I’m clicking on things multiple times and nothing happens. I have to keep closing app and opening again to move to different areas.
Wrong currency
So far so good, but for some reason the push notification of my balance is in Dutch?
Very useful
The app is great for budgeting etc. Only thing is there is a mix of currency so I use GBP£ but when making a recurring expense on the app it seems to only be set to € then when it totals everything, it does a currency conversion, so the total isn’t the same in GBP Many thanks
Long way to go
Great idea, but bad execution. I connected my monzo only to discover that Dyme was not smart enough to understand money moving between pots which makes Dyme rather useless as it counts each pot withdraw as a transaction which messed up all insights I could have gotten. Maybe this app is for someone with a very old school bank.
