Not a good app considering this is supposed to be an international bank.
Overschrijven gelukt
De ING app gebruik ik voor al mijn betalingen. Het is zo eenvoudig in het gebruik. Vul de juiste gegevens in en één click doet de rest. Groot gemak en veilig.
It was straight forward
Now, they need your id to activate this which takes pictures clumsy. Then u’re wait around 10 minutes. User name and password is not enough!!
Super goed en snel
I downloaded the app to apply for a new account but everything is in Dutch! I called the telephone numbers they provide but all the automated messages are in Dutch. There’s no option to listen to them in English. Goodbye ING. Reply: Thank you for the reply. So in order to to select another language I have to speak Dutch or translate the menu. I have opened an account to another bank as I had similar problems with the automated messages on the phone numbers ING provides on its website. They were in Dutch (yes I called during working hours). Here’s a simple suggestion. At the very first moment that the application opens, give the user the option to choose the language. Wouldn’t it have been easier that way?
The app used to be really great. Since the last update it seems impossible to log in via a mobile network. The circle just keeps spinning forever. On WiFi everything works fine. (Mobile data etc is of course activated for the app)
App refuses to open when on UK mobile network. Problem goes away when a Dutch SIM is used. I hope ING fixes this soon, especially since it becomes a requirement to use the app to do any banking! Alternatively a switch to another bank is the only way.
