The cámaras are amazing and they work very good. I recommend them to anyone that needs them.
I bought two cameras and am trying to set them up and I’m not receiving a verification code to get the app to work. So I’ve got two cameras and can’t even use them. Then I go to the website in the instruction book and the domain name is available so it doesn’t even exist. Completely got ripped off.
Software won’t allow me to add recorded data to my photos unless I grant full access to all my photos. This was not the case initially but it is now. Beware!
Please update this app. Cameras are having a HUGE delay in notifications. WiFi network and internet is strong. Cameras are acting up.

Worked great until the last update. Now I can’t review footage without it sitting there trying to connect. It’s frustrating. These cameras are incredibly important to my safety and they’re not longer working
I used this for 2 months and it worked great until the latest firmware update, which erased both cams from the app. Had to reset and reinstall both cams. Using the app, I configured all the cameras' settings to the way they were before and found that both cams were malfunctioning. Using white light as an alarm when motion was detected, even though I had them both set to only use infrared at night (so as not to disorient wildlife). I paid for a year subscription to the app so I could configure motion detection zones but those settings never worked on either cam. (Both detected motion outside of the zones I carefully outlined). After the update, the motion detection was off the charts high, too, giving me notifications every time a tiny leaf moved in the wind. Dzeez tech support couldn't fix the issue so they refunded me and I placed both cameras in the garbage can.
For the most part the camera and software performed well. Better than expected for what I would consider a budget camera. The recent software change where the company is trying to push their cloud services and the poor interface for deleting SD card videos has me thinking about purchasing another camera though. It feels like a bait and switch where they provided good service to get people hooked and then purposely introduced something to frustrate a user into using the cloud service. I have one of these cameras at my mother’s house and she isn’t as familiar with technology so I feel she could be tricked into paying for something she doesn’t need. If someone from Dzees reads this, I just want to say you might want to think about your decisions from a customer service perspective. People make a lot of decisions based on convenience and they don’t like to feel forced into decisions so it’s real easy to take a walk and purchase another product when the world is literally at your fingertips due to sites like Amazon.
