No one pick up order

Rubbish !!!! We used this app via mtr app for the AirPort Express promotion . We waited for a very long time still no driver picking us up. Waste of time and money . Should have call taxi on the other apps.

機場快線往市區的士折扣rebate根本用唔到，因為呢個app根本無人接單，所以等於正價買左機場快線既飛，再正價去的士站搵正價的士，如果係咁不如去klook買算

Total failure

Taxi accepted booking. App showed registration of a taxi. Phone call from someone saying ‘my friend will come’. New taxi number came up followed by another phone call saying ‘booking cancel - ok?’. Not OK, total failure. The app is for the convenience of taxi drivers, not customers. Got the MTR train
