Poor service and no realizability

I had transferred funds from my bank account to e&money and they said funds are not received. After several follow ups got the funds. Friends, there is a chance of our hard earned money being lost. Removed the app.

I am not able to add funds to my prepaid card using apple pay and also the debit/credit card option does not save the card. Using iPhone 12

The worst refund process exist on the planet you might lose hope to get back your money

Totally worst app and it’s service if you transfer international account self to self account they hold your amount Due to need additional information if you provide then they told you it’s will solve in 7 working days remember you have sent money for festival and tomorrow is your festival and they will solve in 7 working days now I am uninstalling this app very bad experience with e&money

I was added to money to e&money wallet, they said need to wait 1 day for reflect in account. Don't add money if you are urgent

Transferred money to my account Dhs. 9900 from my linked bank account in the app and the money has disappeared! Have made several calls but get the same story since the last 5 days that back end team is working on it. Unreliable app? Maybe. Undependable app for money transfers? Definitely. 7 days now and still no resolution. This app seems like a fraud to me.

In a random basis the remittances are not processed and when calling the phone banking, they ask 10 verification question which is largest verification process I have encountered so far in my life.

I am getting an error while registering Error_9999. My money is stuck with them now and will take two working days to transfer back to my UAE account.

This a worst and not at all recommended for any transfer as it had taken me a week for the funds to get credited to my home country bank account for which they say instant transfer even after paying them transfer charge for every transfer. I have done two transfer for which first transfer has taken me a week duration to get credited and after several follow up with their customer service executives. Assuming that my second transfer will be completed instantly as my first transfer took a week time to get completed. But unfortunately its still credited and I followed with their customer s service executives for almost 7 times from the date of transfer. My conclusion here is that it is not all recommended app for any transfer or any service they provide. They will keep your funds on hold and you will have to follow up with them like you are requesting debt from their platform which is actually your money and you are asking them.
