Awful App and Support
The app is worthless. Keeps saying that my password is invalid. Send a link to reset and once you create a new password it still rejects. Now they want you to submit your ID and selfie to regain access?

It is impossible to complete any survey because as soon as you get to a question with a picklist (dropdown), the picklist does not display. This is on iPhone 13 with current iOS.
If I could give them zero stars I would. Do not waste your time or effort on this E-rewards. You have to earn about double of what the rewards is worth before cashing out then the gift card doesn’t even work and if you message them they give you the run around and blame the issuer of the gift card. Then tell you that you are s.o.l. after you’ve put in the effort to earn reward.
I have had no problem redeeming rewards towards a hotel loyalty program in which I am enrolled, but I have had too many experiences where I completed a survey that was 20 minutes long or longer, tried to submit it at the end where it is obvious I have competed all the questions and qualifications, only to get a message that the the survey wasn’t “a good fit,” and instead of receiving 5 or more points offered, I receive .02 or no points. Also, I will open the app and there are a few surveys that are suggested for me, only to be disqualified for most or all of them. I appreciate the points I have earned and redeemed, but there is maximum time you need to invest to earn a minimum of points. A lot of time wasted.
Has anyone gotten support? Seems nonexistent!
They get paid to get people to take surveys but won’t pay you your earned money and will shut off your account for no reason as soon as you’re ready to cash out your earned points. Just a big scam not worth your time
Survey value went down over last several years.
I just got an invitation from Macy’s to join the E-rewards so I did join. I took few recommended reviews, each supposed to be worth 4-6 points, and on the end of each survey I got only 0.02 point!!! What a scam and wasting time! Then I got an email about another survey so I finished it just to get a massage from them that they got already enough surveys and I’m not getting any points (should be 4!). Seriously, DON’T waist your time! If they had ZERO stars I’d give them ZERO! And a little update on my review, I’m going to report them to BBB for scamming people. Shame on Apple for even letting the “app” to be available! One more update, I’m calling Macy’s to tell them that they lost long time costumer and that they have to remove all my information from their files!
Terrible glitches-- app freezes in the middle of a survey and there is no way to reload to resume from where it crashes. Account does not get credited correctly for partials. UGH
The only reason I am giving this 3 stars is because the customer service has been really good so far. However I do not like the recent changes that they have made they went from $.25 down to $.20 for surveys if you not qualify. Note this is the worst, they are now reducing it to zero cents and then the survey choices they are offering are also zero dollars. Nobody wants to do the surveys for free. What would be the point of that? I went through seven surveys and only got a total of $.60 on one day and made $7.00 on another day. It is a hit and miss. * Note: this is mock money meaning that ‘$75’ is equivalent to a $25 gift card not a $75 one.
