Taiwan Railway e-booking

我定了兩張車票。我手機取了票，沒有問題，但是我分票給我家人她卻沒辦法收。打電話問了台鐵，原來因為家人用的是我的舊手機一iPhone 13 Pro，系統認為是同一支手機。我必須去火車站寫切結書。再領一張實體車票。不了解為什麼系統是這樣的設定？

7/8/2024 update There's no problem when I got into the station, but when I wanted to leave, my e-ticket was gone from the app! I almost needed to buy another ticket. Fortunately I had a screenshot. But it was awful that my ticket was gone before I went out the station. 7/6/2024 I didn't encounter the issues that other people found. I bought tickets on their website and collected in the app. Everything is good.

看到 app 畫面後馬上就關掉了，無法使用。

Don’t understand concept of resident non-citizens to sign up for an account

這個app很糟糕，每當點進輸入欄，它就會閃退。完全無法使用

Why is this app limit one QR code per device? What about parents that are traveling with their children?

The app fails at importing tickets purchased on the website. Translation is incomplete; multiple buttons and text alerts are not in the selected language.

新版的介面和功能都改進很多，終於是個符合使用需求的軟體

停駛資訊要點進去班次才看得到 wow 可以人性化一點嗎
