I’ve had this system for a few years now, it is getting a bit dated. The app works fine, once you connect it correctly. The binding process is a little confusing which I put down to poor translation from Chinese to English. Will have to change my system soon as tech moves on.

Rubbish app

Works just fine for me.

This app worked fine up until latest update but then it stopped working completely. It turns out that when the app automatically updates on Apple Store you then need to re-bind your app to the alarm box and then it will all work again. (If your app isn't working it has probably updated without your knowledge) My only other niggle is that instructions are in 'Chinglish' and require a certain level of skill to translate into practical usage. Search YouTube for the video instructions and this will help you understand setup. Once it's setup and the app is bonded to the control panel you can control and communicate with all of the alarm features quite seamlessly. *update October 2017* No longer working at all. :(

Since automatically updating, the app doesn't communicate with my alarm system. Not sure what to do or who to ask.

Don't buy the alarm panel if you're going to use this App. It still fails to connect to the alarm panel.

Although its been synced over wifi, but when i use my fone to arm or dis arm the app doesn't communicate with the panel. Under phone number settings when I enter number it doesnt save it. Just ridiculous
