E360 App

It’s the day of and I keep getting an error message that says “Oops…”. Fix this issue now because I purchased tickets on this app and now have no access to the tickets.

This app is so glitchy it’s ridiculous. Every time I try to sign in I get “oops an error has occurred” or the app will just not load at all. Please fix before the actual festival starts.

Sign in on app, press button that says activate pass, check email for confirmation, click link to access ticket, then add to wallet.

Can’t even sign into to the app

I was disappointed that it took sinking for the 2024 info to be added. Now I’m having trouble activating the festival pass to add to my wallet.

E360 Please Fix Y’all App! I’m tryna claim my free pass to get in the convention center and when I click Active Now it doesn’t do anything. It doesn’t take me to another browser so I can add it to my wallet! It’s happening to some other people as well and not only me! Please fix this so I can claim my pass! Abby

I downloaded the app to plan our visit and it still has information for 2023!!!

Finding a lineup/schedule shouldn’t be that complicated! I live in New Orleans and have been to many festivals over the years. There used to be a clear schedule of who is speaking/performing and which stage at the convention center and another schedule for the concerts at the Superdome. What happened???
