Nice little app to help track and reduce personal carbon emission

This super simple app has helped me granularly assess the choices I make and the effects of them, I’ve been on it every day since downloading. I really appreciate the links and tips in each action! The levels system has kept me motivated, though the names of each level don’t feel super consistent to me.

Earth hero helps me create a game plan for climate action. Micro tasks make things much less overwhelming. Thank you!

Honestly I don’t use this app a lot but when I do it’s a game changer

Some actions aren’t achievable, which is unfair. For example, I don’t have an air conditioner! For those you should have alternative versions. Also, some actions are contrary to my learning style or ethical choices - I’d much rather read a report than listen to a podcast and I refuse to do social media until I have full control of my data!

The app is well designed and has many great actions to reduce one’s carbon footprint. It also has reminders to hold you accountable to your goals.

My firm was looking for an app to help track our individual carbon footprint and make it fun! Earth Hero is perfect and allows my colleagues and I to challenge ourselves to accrue as many Earth Points as we can, while helping our planet.

This app has been great in motivating me to make small changes in my life that make a difference in the climate change and remember to keep incorporating it into my daily life. I keep learning new ways to reduce carbon emissions and keep setting the bar higher. Not every change you make has to be expensive or difficult, and it can often be interesting to find a way to complete each one.
