I order my products on 2 sep and they did not give me any update about my products and i also paid the amount advance at least refund my money Till now my products are not deliver

Fraud company …. Taken money but didn’t send orders beware everyone

Not able to sign in and create account

It doesn’t allow me to get login i have ordered products but it’s showing no orders and also saying that the order id is invalid worst experience on a shopping site

I ordered DE-PUFF on offer buy one get one but I got only one……worst site and coustomer service is aslo poor …….

i don’t what happen yesterday i ordered makeup remover pads today i am openning the app to check the status but it is not openning no order confirmation came through msg. I am worried about my order.

I had purchased the most raved moisturiser from them - the phyto ceramide . It turned out to be too bad. A liquify substance came out of it everyone I pumped it. On just using it twice my skin barrier broke. I had tiny bumps on my skin. Basically the product reacted badly to my skin. NEVER GKING TO PURCHASE IT AGAIN . Buy at your own risk .

I just order few products first time to try the product but its undelivered till now and it says incomplete address. I entered house no landmark each n everything but still its been 4 days now. No reply on email. Numbers mentioned is switched off all the time. Neither any intimation from the customer support people.
