Whenever I open the app, select either Olu or Wowgr8 then select easy, the app the crashes but I really want to play😭 help

This is a great game and I loved to play it but I beat every level on every difficulty and it says I have the rewards but can’t claim anything🤔 would like some clarity on that front, otherwise amazing 10/10🔥

As soon as I pick a character and difficulty the game freezes and crashes

Love the work earthgang and dreamville has done over the years. And so proud to see where they are at now. Only complaint I have is the app crashes right after I click the level difficulty!
