Inconvenient
Lock n block feature won’t load, so I can’t buy breakfast. I’ve had problems with the app not loading things before, and worked around it. but I was told the feature was helpful and easy to use. Not happy.

App works intermittently
Despite keeping all apps and ios updated this app only works rarely. Having to turn the phone off and then back on in the hope that the app will work is pathetic. Junk app and not to happy with the credit union either.
Work arounds required to use the app
The app works reasonably well for some things, but requires using the full desktop site for approving transactions were more than one signature is required. Deposits of cheques work but only after you try capturing the image of the cheque again does it go into landscape mode to do it. Frustrating, poor use case coverage quality assurance.
Survey:
The staff at my location are always pleasant. They greet you cheerfully. They are always so patient and understanding while helping those of us with little understanding of technology. I have never left my branch frustrated or uninformed. The staff is very good at resolving issues and supporting me. Well done. Always a pleasant visit.
Editing contacts
i had to create new contacts when I need to edit the old ones. I am sure there is a way. It is not obvious. Thanks; Leon
Poor performance
Poor performance today . Paid some bills . Previous versions ‘remembered’ amounts that I had paid to the payees which I was expecting. Secondly, I had to type in my amount two times before I was able to move to the next screen . Poor performance.
Not user friendly
This app is not user friendly, responsive, nor up to date with current technology.

Best bank I’ve ever been with, your employees are the main reason I’m with you guys. Your app needs to be re written by someone who actually knows what they’re doing. It’s horrible. Rarely actually works.

Excellent online banking site
Review
It’s very frustrating to have to enter both a password and verification code every time I need to go into my app. Which I do frequently to move money around as to not have it all sitting in my cheque account so that if someone ever auto scanned my card they can’t get a lot at once. I appreciate the fact that it’s an extra security for customer but once you enter it once you should just be able to use face recognition. That would make it a lot more convenient.
