There you have it, another app that charges, but only once you have downloaded it to your phone, be very careful and cautious about excepting services even though the will not advertise the cost up front. We are working on legislation for this exact reason, too many individuals get scammed I to downloading cost and all the app developers have to say about it is “ they should of read before excepting “.
