Easy Peasy Boutique

They have terrible shipping times and customer service. I would be embarrassed to represent my company knowing they ship this way. 5 months since I order and still don’t have all my merchandise. DON’T waste your time shopping here.

I’ve ordered multiple items and it’s takes 4/5 months to get your items… I’ve had to email them serval of times and they tell me there waiting for more items to arrive. Poor business I’m still waiting on items from June 2023 😐…

The items from this shop are good, but the shipping and customer service is their down fall. I’ve ordered multiple times hoping it will get better. Everything takes 2-3 months to get to you. When it does it is often times missing something, the wrong item or the wrong size. Their response is always an apology and then they apply it to your account when it is their fault. I ordered 2 earrings, a mat and another item on June 21. I have still not received the pair of earrings. When I go into my account it says fulfilled and with a date of early august that I placed the order. I would not recommend buying from this boutique. There are many other online boutiques that do it MUCH better!

You never get your stuff, they take your money then give “account credit” but never get the stuff you buy with that either so they’re basically just stealing your money. Also, they buy off Temu or SHEIN and sell for WAY more. Never shop here.

If you want the exact items go to Temu and order it. They even using the product pictures from Temu. It’s crazy. Save your time and money…Temu has what this boutique has. You know why?! Because that’s where it comes from. If you order something you will wait months to POSSIBLY get it…I mean of course because they have to place the order to Temu after you order from the boutique. Also if you Email them and ask for an update…they are “backed up on shipping”. Next thing you know you have a store credit on what you bought. You won’t get a refund. Period. They don’t answer anything on lives but Maddie will tell you her whole life story…except, how long you will spend your life, waiting for what you bought.

Horrible shipping time and always an excuse. Almost 9 weeks to receive an order. Every order I have ever has had a problem. Deleted APP no longer will purchase or follow.

Absolutely horrible, unless your willing to wait months and months for your order and then get a credit because they can’t fill your order - stay far far away

Although their prices are good, they have the worst customer service ever. If you want to wait months for your items go ahead and order. I placed several orders thinking it was a one time fluke but it happened again. Don’t waist your time!

I originally gave this company a 5 star review 2 years ago. I have now decided to no longer order from them. Shipping is absolutely insane. During the live, Madi said shipping was 7-10 business days. 27 business days now and they have yet to ship my orders. I emailed them at 11 business days and they said it would be seen. I let it go. Things happen. I emailed them again at 24 business days and the answers again was soon. My 5 year old son picked out items to spend his birthday money on and he doesn’t understand why his money is gone, but he doesn’t have his items. Now I have a heartbroken child. If they cannot keep up with the demand, then cut back on the live sales. I see from reviews that I am not the only person with this issue.

If I could give zero stars I would! I have never been treated so poorly by a business. I have spent the last 5 weeks emailing back and forth with them just to get a simple question answered regarding an ETA on a pair of jeans I ordered. No direct answer….just policy quotes. No cancellations and no returns. Don’t do it!
