I have tried many diets and weight loss plans over the last 35 years but never hypnotherapy. I cannot believe how much this has changed my eating habits and the effect was immediate. I do not crave snacks and don’t feel hungry. I thoroughly recommend giving this a try.
The content is good when the recordings actually play. Needs technical upgrade.

I purchased this app after watching ‘How to lose weight well’ on BBC. The presenter was hypnotised into eating grasshoppers! I don’t have lots of weight to lose, but always find the last stone very difficult! I was skeptical, but thought it was worth a try. I like the relaxation element as my GP has recommended meditation to help with anxiety. I used it during the day initially then with headphones in bed for the rest of the week. I can honestly say that from day 1 I have not had any cravings - don’t even think about food until meal time! Usually when dieting food and meal planning is all I can think of. I am eating less as I feel full quicker - I have always finished the food on my plate whether I’m full or not. I’m am so surprised at the results - not sure whether it’s psychological or actual effects of hypnotism, but who cares!!! Just hoping that things continue.
After struggling to lose weight, I downloaded this app and, despite being sceptical, after listening to a few sessions I gradually started to lose weight. I never felt I was on a 'diet', but I noticed my attitude and approach to food was changing and as a result I was losing weight with very little effort. Very impressed with this app.
i love this app, its helped me lose 2stone. its fabulous. there are several track options-with wake and without wake for each track.
I have only just got this app so can't comment on results yet but I really like the sessions. I have had 1-1 and bought other apps, books & CDs but Darren's voice works better than any other. I will update on results later. Only niggle is that one of the sessions would not play - I sent a message & had a reply in less than 24hrs. Good customer service!
Not only have I been able to lose a couple of stone, but perhaps more importantly, I'm just feeling a lot better about myself. The video explanations set the whole thing up in a really professional way and I love the multiple session and linking options which keep the programme feeling fresh. The app itself obviously doesn't make you lose weight, but its helped me focus my mind in such a way that it's just easier to make good choices for myself. Thanks alot!
I've been using this app on and off for a long time now. The sessions help me to stay focused and relaxed and I just find myself eating more sensibly without even trying. I love that I can now combine and loop sessions in the playlist. Thanks!
I have no idea what he's saying, as I go into such a deep sleep after the initial relaxation exercise, but whatever it is, it's working! I wake up dying to go for a run or looking forward to a class at the gym, and then feeling really happy while I'm exercising, which has certainly never happened before! The food is less successful, although I am eating less, but I haven't listened to it much yet. Also I listen before I go to sleep and haven't slept so well or deeply for years. Bonus!
