Update

Heute Morgen wurde ich aufgefordert einen update der App vorzunehmen. Jetzt kann ich nur neue Teams anlegen aber finde unsere bereits angelegte Teams nicht. Telefonisch erreicht man niemanden und auf die WhatsApp reagiert auch keiner und müsste langsam unseren Trainiern den Status meiner beiden Kids für durchgeben!!

Tolle Alternative zu SpielerPlus

Lange gezögert, dann einfach von SpielerPlus zu TeamManager gewechselt. Beste Entscheidung

Login nicht möglich

Seit einem Tag ist es mir nicht möglich mich einzuloggen. Ich habe die App mehrmals gelöscht und neu installiert, handy neu gestartet, Systemupdate gemacht und alles ohne Erfolg. Die Internetseite selbst ist ebenfalls nicht erreichbar sodass man keinen Kontakt zum Anbieter herstellen kann

….zu meinen Problemen mit der App. Nachdem ich die Rezesion geschrieben hatte, funktionierte es -nach erneutem Starten der App. Über die Reaktion zur Hilfengebung war ich pos. überrascht. An den Aufbau der App muss ich mich wohl noch gewöhnen…. Etwas -für mich-unübersichtlich bleibt es vorerst. Vielen Dank 👍😊

Sehr unübersichtlich

Wie kann man die App mit dem selben Account für 2 Kinder in verschiedenen Teams nützen?? Und kann man auch 2 verschiedene Email- Adressen für 1 Kind anmelden? Z.B. für beide Elternteile? Das ist bei SpielerPlus deutlich einfacher möglich- hier wohl gar nicht… Im Vergleich zu anderen Fußball- Apps sehr unübersichtlich. Viel unnötiges Zeug.

Tolle Unterstützung seitens des Supports bei großen Schwierigkeiten eines Trainers, alle alten Mannschaften/Verknüpfungen für einen meiner Söhne zu löschen!

Ich hatte ein Problem mit der Software und habe es über WhatsApp gemeldet. Es hat sich sofort darum jemand gekümmert und das Problem schnell behoben. 👏 Danke

Super geniale und durchdachte App

Ich nutze jetzt seit einer Saison diese App! Ich bin Trainer einer Jugendmannschaft und frage mich warum ich diese App nicht viel früher gewählt habe! Nie mehr ohne, diese E2C App ist unbeschreiblich gut und umfangreich!! Der Support ist ebenfalls unschlagbar! Über WhatsApp erhält man innerhalb von 15 Minuten eine Antwort! Bis jetzt wurden alle meine Probleme/Fragen behoben bzw. beantwortet!! Sehr empfehlenswert 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼. Würde auch 6 Sterne geben!! LG Franky
