EasyBeats Drum Machine MPC

I spent like the whole afternoon looking for some kind of drum machine that allowed me to play odd patterns for my practice. I came across this app, and it has all I was looking for and even more: you can record your loops in real time, change meter pattern, sounds, create sections... And I've just started to try the app!

They've been updating and improving the app for years. Great, great job. Congrats!

and ill-formatted for screens that aren’t 12… even though it’s fully capable of stretching along the X axis. just not the Y axis. it’s a fine app but the technical limitations interfere heavily with its ease of use.

If you make a beat it changes the entire rhythm nothing you can do about it. Can’t make custom beats

I’ve had this app for a week, and I’m hella satisfied. The tutorial was nice, but I decided to go online, and look at beat patterns are made. I incorporated that into this app, and I’m having a lot of fun. You won’t be disappointed. This app is amazing.I gave the UI a 8.5 out of 10 for the iPhone. Obviously, the screen is small so somethings are hit or miss but overall the UI on the phone is pretty friendly. I’m almost 100% sure navigation is even better on an iPad.

Can’t use this. Offended by the track titles and can’t use with children…not getting my money.

Just wanted a simple drumkit to use while practicing piano, this fits the bill. I like how the tutorial message hovers over dual purpose buttons, and that it has both pads and sequencer. The best part is not getting your beat interrupted by 30 second ads.

This is a very clean, useful and user friendly app. Visually, it’s quite stunning which is apparently no easy feat (so many fantastic apps look like crap!) I’m looking at the subscription option here and comparing it to the other paid app from the same dev (Easybeats 3 I believe it is). I’d rather not purchase both but might - they’re both priced extremely well - appreciate that! My concern is that it doesn’t look like there’s been an update for 2 years. Perhaps it just hasn’t required much but most of the apps I end up using the most are the ones that are being updated fairly frequently and the devs are looking for new things they can add to improve. I guess that’s really my only knock though. It’s a beautiful app and I’m sure the other one is as well. Just hope it sticks around and we see the dev pop in!

Love this app. It’s getting me to finally understand the graphic interface that all recording and drum programs have. I just really wish it let you Save a few beats...
