EasySetlist - Setlist Manager

Love the app, very easy to use without all the “ bells and whistles” that I personally don’t need…just the basics….love it!

The basic functionality that one would need is present. The following is a list of nice to have suggestions: A built-in bulk import, so that the user doesn’t have to click on songs one by one, but can click on a folder containing all songs to import. The naming process would then kick off for each pdf, in the folder, with the option to skip a file encountered. The ability to delete setlists or songs as well as re-order songs within a setlist. The ability to add/delete custom fields for songs and/or setlists that can be displayed/hidden from the song list and setlist views. Further, on the song and setlist views, one could sort by and column heading that is currently visible on the given view in ascending order when clicking the column heading once and descending order when clicking the column heading when already sorted in ascending order. The ability to add/edit the values for a given custom field of a song or setlist. With the custom fields, the developer isn’t deciding what is pertinent for a user and what is not and the list views are not clogged by fields that are not pertinent for a given user. The ability to add an attachment to a song, whereby a user could attach a recorded version of the song that already resides on the tablet or phone and perhaps a thumbnail for the recorded album (I just showed my age).

I bought the full version only to discover that I can’t zoom in. Hard to read in gig lighting. I’m middle aged and need larger font. Sorry I wasted my money. I hope this common feature in other apps can be added in later versions.

The name says it all. Simple and does what I need. If you want more features get a more expensive one but at 6.99? Worth it.

Just took off a star because I’m unable to zoom into lyrics, which forces me to switch to another app, which causes a delay when I’m doing medleys. This app would be perfect if this can be fixed!

Hi there, I just want to thank you for making this app free. And I know that you mentioned it that you made this app for the purpose of making it easier for you to organize your song set list. So thank you so much. I love this app it made it easier and very simple. However, I hope that you would find a time to update the app that you can upload a folder or multiple songs. It took me awhile to upload our Church songs as there a lot of songs. But overall I want to commend for your work! And thank you again.

I love Easy set list. It is exactly what I needed. Very easy to work with and it will be even more perfect when the developer adds zooming capability which he is planning to do. He responded to my question about how to transfer all the songs and set lists to a new iPad. Great support. Thank you Angelika

I’m really enjoying the app so far. The uploads are very easy to do! There is a one time payment of $4.99 if you want more than 10 songs, but I think it’s worth it. My only concern with this app is there’s no where to save your list if your device gets lost/damaged. I wish we could create an account to save our songs so they can be easily recoverable.

A friend and I have just downloaded and purchased. We are trying to use the Share function, but so far unsuccessful. Any thoughts or help?
