Don’t bother this doesn’t work
So if you have the latest vivo phone from China, or any vivo phone that not released overseas, then you will be stuck at the transfer stage then after 10 mins you get a fail message. Especially if you have iPhone that purchased locally and have your local account other than Chinese Apple ID. The lesson is simple, buy the phone that has local support then it will work. The workaround is to register an Chinese Apple ID, with Chinese phone number and bank account, then login as Chinese Apple ID then download the app, it will work, but only transfer your contact, video photo and other files which not sure what it is. You will NOT have your sms or iMessages, call logs, apps etc., transferred, all need to be manually transferred over. I am greatly disappointed and regret purchased Vivo, should have bought the Samsung.
