I confirmed my email is correct and it won’t send me a confirmation number so I can use the app. Not sure why I need a login just to connect via Bluetooth to my thermostat anyway. Nevertheless, this app is useless for me.

You can’t tell which zone you are setting or editing in the schedule on an iPhone, but you can’t copy a days settings to another day on the thermostat, so you need to set it all on the thermostat for one day, then use the app to copy that days settings to all the other days. But of a pain. When updating firmware, sometimes the thermostat loses ALL its settings, or becomes locked up and unresponsive and needs to be factory reset, again losing all its settings. Not great as it is a pain to remember all the settings you need again. It’s great it has schedules though, and that you can control it by wifi or Bluetooth, and that it is plug and play and works on the rv 12v system as basically nothing else does. I just wish they weren’t so obscenely expensive. Smart thermostats are only $70 now. Why are yours still $300? I get the niche and less customer base but 4 times the price? And I need 2 for 3 units… I haven’t had the cash for the second one yet, but will have to get it eventually…

Would be nice to control it from your Apple Watch

There are a couple of missing pixels (in dark mode) on the Bluetooth icon that’s driving my OCD crazy. Please fix it.

There are so many examples of good user interfaces for HVAC so I am perplexed by this software's design choices. Given the price of these thermostats, I expected a better overall experience with the application. The hardware is great, but the software could use an overhaul with a focus on usability.

1) streamline the app by automatically choosing the only device registered of there is only one. 2) add a symbol in the app that indicates the air conditioner is currently running.

Works fairly well although at times the wifi part will not connect and have to shut down the app all together and reopen it to get it to work again. Also in the event you add multiple units there is no way to rearrange them in the app...ie grouping units together for multiple rvs and will only display in the order installed.

Same app problem for years. Once you turn off a zone on the app, it cannot be turned back on with going to actual thermostat. Why? Firmware update never works either. If your going to sell the thermostat, then please provide proper firmware support!! Downloaded beta version and still no fix for this problem. Not sure what is holding this up. About to buy a new thermostat with better performance and software support. Recommend you do also!!

I bought this thermostat because I wanted to keep my RV warm in winter months and, with the help of my hotspot, we can operate it from 80 miles away from the campground. I can cut my heat on when it's below freezing temps and leave it off when above freezing.

Does not connect to WiFi so can’t use the phone app to control it. Bluetooth doesn’t work either. Other than that it works like it should
