I wish it had a “one dvr mode”. So you don’t have to see all of the options for the rare person who needs to view several DVRs on one app. This app is so difficult to navigate. Difficult to program. Difficult to view. There is no one-click anything. Just menus and submenus of proprietary tech terms. Just make a basic viewer that opens to all of your cameras. Just open the app and there are all of your cameras. Tap on a camera and it’s full screen. Tap again and it’s back to all of your cameras. Why is this app so hard to find?

App work great on iPhone but I have a iPad.The view does not change or get bigger for iPad,plz fix !!!

Never seems to work correctly. Absolutely not user friendly. I’m searching for an alternative

Downloaded this app for our camera system. Started out great, receiving notifications whenever the system detected motion. Updated my iPhone to IOS 15 and now not receiving any kind of notifications. I’ve double checked my settings to ensure everything is correct. Still can’t get the notifications to work.

App will make your phone freeze on regular basis if you open it to watch your live feed. Fox this!

App has cameras zoomed all the time. I can’t adjust and when you try to view full it glitches so full camera view not available -may need a fix.

Can't view footage without having it crash after a minute or two. It's a royal pain in the rear which renderers the app pretty much useless.

This app crashes continuously! Only reason I have cameras is because my husband and I are on the road a lot and like to be able to view what’s going on at home. But because the app seems to always crash, I haven’t been able to get on it and see what’s going on at home. I can’t move my cameras so I can’t comment on that part, however, I am supposed to be able to go back and watch recordings and never have been able too. If I could not give this any stars, I would! But I have to choose at least one. Don’t waste your time with this, move on. Especially if you’re like us and rely on it religiously!

The app is great and gives good features like microphone and the ability to move PTZ cameras. But the biggest issue I have with this app is the fact it takes so long to view a video, and whenever I play a recording and by watching for awhile, it suddenly resets and I have to go all the way back to the time I wanted to look at again. Sometimes it even lags or crashes. If it didn’t have these problems I’d rate it higher, but so far it’s ok.
