Don’t while downloading this app or trying to use it crashes on iOS 18 1.1 and obviously Brother reviews of one star it’s a astoundingly awful just call your GP direct. Don’t use this app. It feels like an app from the 2000 (lol) and that’s way before iPhone even was a thing. - Do not download - App is not usable - App hasn’t been updated in three months - Can’t imagine support will Ever answer my email. - I highly suggest you call your GP direct to book.

App is useless and constantly fails, website fails, they don’t respond when contacting support. Absolute sham of a business.

Frozen screen when opening app. Have tried deleting and reinstalling the app but it still does not work. Very frustrating.

Not working

When I try to add to my calendar it says it gets permission denied. But it has permission to add entries. Just not full calendar permission which it should not need. Then it sends me an email without an ical file so even that can’t add the calendar entry.

Only the header and search box appears but nothing can be tapped. This has been an issue for a long time. I’m surprised this app passes the Apple review process because it is completely non functional.

I’ve downloaded this app previously and found the same problem as I have done today, and I thought it was me. Now I know it is the app. I can’t get it to open a Registration for me, I can’t get it to search for a medical centre or a doctor. In fact, I can’t get the app to do anything! I deleted the app from my App Library and downloaded it again with exactly the same result. So I give up! I’m with the other guy and will have to phone the practice for an appointment, which is ridiculous when other medical booking apps work so well.

This app has only ever worked once ti successfully book an appointment with my doctor. Every time I attempt to book an appointment a message tells me that an unexpected error has occurred at null but if I log in via the website for my doctor I am an to book an appointment with no hassle. Extremely frustrating and only makes it harder to get better.

Have not been able to book appointments and I now open the app to a blank page, (as if it has frozen) nothing loads, no login, menus or searches etc don’t work. Have deleted and re-downloaded again and nothing. Useless!

Can’t belive Drs choose an App that has such bad reviews. It’s an utterly simple process yet this App is clunky and old and awful. There must be a competitor who can come up with something decent!!
